Streeter Renovation & Design wins awards for outstanding achievement at the 12th Annual Contractor of the Year - 2008 COTY Awards in the following categories:
Coty Award for Residential Kitchen $75 - $90,000
Coty Award for Residential Kitchen over $120,000
Coty Award for Residential Addition over $200,000
Honorable Mention for Residential Bath over $60,000
Minimalist Master (As seen in Midwest Home Magazine May 2008 issue, pg 42) A striking contemporary in Deephaven won kudos this spring from the American Institute of Architecture. The home, owned by Kevin Streeter, designed by Duluth Architect David Salmela, and built by Streeter & Associates of Wayzata, was named one of the 19 top residential designs of 2008 and called a “unified statement of sustainable artistry.”
